FAMILY owned and operated, Kretz Construction has been around Spokane for over 30 years, originally started by Edwin Kretz around 1973. The quality and range of skill has continued on by his sons David and Steven Kretz.

We build quality custom homes and additions using our experience and wide range of expertise that allows us to do much of the work ourselves. We enjoy being on the job daily, doing the work, as well as overseeing the work. We are committed to an excellent job that includes all phases of the project from the ground work up to the interior finish work.

Knowing the foundation is one of the most important part of the project, we go to extensive lengths to prepare it correctly so you don't have to deal with the headaches later.
